Fishing the streams and lakes of the Black Hills is an angling experience you will never forget! 800 miles of stream and 22 reservoirs support Brook, Brown, Rainbow, Cutthroat, and Splake trout. You'll likely find yourself with the water to yourself. The Lodge is on Little Spearfish Creek watersheds, so the fishing starts just outside. Open water angling is available in the streams of the Black Hills year round and the higher elevation lakes offer superb ice fishing from late December to early April. Spend your morning on the ice and the afternoon in the stream.
Fish the Black Hills in an unmatched natural setting!
The excellent fishing is matched only by the pristine beauty surrounding the streams and lakes you will explore. Each season should be experienced to capture the true grandeur of the unique Black Hills, an island of mountains in a sea of western short prairie grass.
