Cancellation Policies

Hotel Cancellation Policy 

CANCELLATION

Should your travel plans change, and you find it necessary to cancel your reservation.

• We require that you do so five (5) days prior to your arrival date.
• If you cancel your reservation inside the (5) day window your credit card will be billed for the entire stay.
• If you have reserved a package and need to cancel.
• We require that you do so ten (10) days prior to your arrival date.
• If you cancel inside the (10) day window your credit card will be billed for the entire package.
• We have zero (0) days cancellation on President's Day Weekend, Christmas, New Year, and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally reservations.
• Sturgis Motorcycle Rally reservations require half the total amount due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due on May 15th.

Rental Cancellation Policy 

• Customers agree to a 5-day cancellation policy, we will charge for full rental price 5 days or less. Presidents' Day Weekend is zero (0) days cancellation.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit will apply to all rentals.
• Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
• No-shows will be charged the full price
